Originally produced by powerful mage clans who established entire estates on their own demiplanes, this two-pound thick tome allows a person to create their own demiplane by writing it into existence. The book itself only links to the plane it creates, though copies linking to that plane may be made. A user may also alter an existing demiplane the book is linked to by altering the text in the book. However, the book may not link to more than one demiplane at a time and may not link to another demiplane once it has been used to create a demiplane.
Creation of demiplanes operates as though the user had cast Greater Create Demiplane and permanency as a 20th-level caster. Expanding the demiplane may be done by writing in the book while casting Greater Create Demiplane; all such expansions are automatically affected as though permanency had been cast.
